Guiding you through this transformational Sales & Sales Leadership Training Experience is James Newell, an internationally acclaimed executive coach specializing in sales mastery and leadership development with over 30 years of professional experience.
James is a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, having been mentored by some of the world’s foremost leadership and sales authorities, including John C. Maxwell, Brian Tracy, Grant Cardone, and Marshall Goldsmith.
His coaching philosophy centers on practical, results-driven strategies tailored for real-world business challenges.
Throughout his distinguished career, James has:

Ezequiel TEROL is President of Maxwell Leadership® Francophonie and Director of the Institut Francophone du Leadership Transformationnel. He is also a trainer and mentor for the Maxwell methods of leadership and business development, and the 10X business coaching method.
Ezequiel holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain). After 20 years‘ experience in multinational telecoms and IT companies, running businesses on 4 continents, Ezequiel set up his company to help leaders of organizations of all sizes and their teams, to develop more productive and meaningful environments.
Between 2015 and 2022, Ezequiel received certification as an RNCP professional coach, an executive coach using Marshall Goldsmith’s „Stakeholder Centered Coaching“ method, a certified Maxwell Leadership® coach, speaker and trainer, NLP-coach, Maxwell DISC behavioral analysis consultant and 10X Business Coach, among others.
In 2018, Ezequiel joined the John C. Maxwell team, and in 2022 reinforced Grant Cardone. The aim is to bring the Maxwell Leadership® and Cardone Enterprises® programs exclusively to French-speaking countries, in leadership and communication domains, customer acquisition and development, entrepreneurial mindset, financial education and personal development.
Its vision is to create a network of enterprising people determined to succeed personally, professionally and financially, who inspire on a daily basis and transform the lives of those around them. With his teams and partners, Ezequiel supports these French-speaking leaders and entrepreneurs using proven methods, application tools and a reliable environment to ensure successful implementation.
